Job Details: 

 Responsible for leading the development, communication, and implementation of the organization’s DevOps capabilities, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Test Automation of infrastructure management, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring

Experience in As-Is state analysis, provide recommendations and implementation roadmap creation

Knowledge of Agile and Lean Practices

Strong hands-on experience with DevOps automation tools

Work directly with clients and our teams by leading and being accountable for the design and delivery of advanced DevSecOps capabilities

Provide technical leadership for a team of software and DevOps engineers through communication, documentation, and examples

Experience in Design, code, test, debug, and document software that enables DevOps in an agile environment for use by the development team

Lead the execution of technical tasks for enterprise-level clients

Lead a project team of consultants on simultaneous client projects

Must Have – SRE Skills

Experience in Architecture – App architecture, Infra architecture and DB architecture

Experience in System Performance Management

Defining SLOs and SLIs and their implementation for customer journey

Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevSecOps implementation and consulting experience

Establish architectural runway; design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Must Have – Development Skills

Analyze application code at least 3 of the following languages or environments: Java, Python, Node.js., Angular or React JavaScript for single page web apps, Go or C/C++

Strong experience with object orientation, microservices and Distributed Systems

Advanced call stack analysis and how the call stack is portrayed across the various programming languages

Repeatable provisioning in the cloud with infrastructure as code using tools like terraform, Azure ARM templates or AWS CloudFormation

Experience with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm etc.

Linux activities daily, bash shell, zsh shell, usage of higher order tool bundler/managers such as asdf, sdkman, rvm, nvm for managing multi-versioned tool suites

Good to Have:

Experience in ITSM Operations (Incident Management, Problem Management), Release Management, Change Management etc.)

Hardwadware and embedded system knowledge; Performance evaluation of various hardware modules like memory, IO, network stacks
