Looking for strong engineering background. The pain point is that there are a lot of systems and applications. There are issues related to site reliability (SRE). End of the day this person will be ensuring that the site is up and running. They will be researching what is going wrong with the code and infrastructure. They will need to solve problems based on architecture, problem and system structure. In the mid-term, the focus will be more on the monitoring of the systems from a birds eye view. We need to put in better controls when the systems fail. Need to try to come up with a proactive solutions to problems that happen. Want to shift from Reactive to Proactive.

Stack Full-Stack – Not an expert in any one area. Wants a true senior level person.  – Wants someone who has the full-stack experience. This will focus on coding and configuration.

Need 10+ years minimum experience. Lead experience is a plus.
