Note: ***The candidate will work remotely until all staff return to site. At that time the candidate will be expected to work full time onsite.
***The candidate will need to use his or her own computer until he or she starts working onsite. When the candidate is working full time on site, he or she will be given NCDOT equipment.

- CRM configuration experience with integration experience to SAP ECC. Required 8 Years
- Functional SAP CRM Sales/Service experience with at least 3 end to end SAP implementations. Required 8 Years
- SAP CRM End to End functional design experience in multiple SAP CRM implementations with back end integration. Required 8 Years
- Thorough background in CRM configuration settings and ability to visualize gaps at design time. Required 8 Years
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot and close issues during build time. Required 8 Years
- Minimum three full lifecycle SAP CRM implementations. Ability to immediately begin work on a complex programs. Required 8 Years
- Grantor Management implementation experience/knowledge in Grantor Programs Management, Application and Agreement Management, Change Request and Claims Required 8 Years
- Grantor Management implementation experience/knowledge with integration experience to SAP ECC. Required 8 Years
- Strong knowledge and understanding on SAP Service Process with ERP integration and best practices. Required 8 Years
- Configuration of CRM Service functionalities including Installed Base Management, service tickets, and service orders. Required 8 Years
- Configuration of CRM Service functionalities including Confirmations with ERP billing and Logistics Integration. Required 8 Years
- Extensive experience in the configuration of Web UI for multiple Business Roles, Transaction Launcher, Actions, & Partner Required 8 Years
- Extensive experience in configuration Text Determination Procedures, Status Profile, Org. Data Determination and Transaction Types. Required 8 Years
- Good understanding and knowledge about Web Requests – BSP/Adobe forms, Web UI enhancements, AET, BADIs and Workflows. Required 8 Years

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking functional and technical support for the CRM functions in SAP environment and adequate functional support for the current SAP innovations and projects that involve CRM
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking functional and technical support for the CRM functions in SAP environment and adequate functional support and implementation of CRM projects. This environment services over 5,000 users and includes instances of ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Business Objects, CRM, SRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI.
CRM support includes but is not limited to: providing guidance in aligning NCDOT’s business processes with SAP functionality, performing functional configuration and customization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with ECC and Portal. Additional responsibilities include writing functional and technical specifications, developing test plans & performing system testing. The fiscal accountability and management of NCDOT’s diverse activities is extremely complex and requires a robust business system that will provide meaningful, accurate, and timely information for the various needs of public/private end users, the Federal and State government and departmental and administrative requirements.
Role responsibilities:
• Responsible for the solution design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the SAP CRM system.
• Experience and knowledge of integration points of SAP CRM System with SAP ECC modules.
• Responsible for Production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze and solve software problems.
• Responsible for working with business users and clients to gather and document business requirements for
system changes and to develop solutions to satisfy business needs.
•Team oriented individual with the ability to work well with others in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions.
•Responsible for analyzing the impact changes will have on other internal/external business application systems; and communicating those changes to colleagues who are impacted by changes.
• Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes per NCDOT change control policies and procedures.
