Project Manager/Digital Solutions
Location -100% Remote
Duration: 1 Year+
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Project Manager must have ample experience managing enterprise level projects for multiple markets, with strong experience specifically in the digital space. They should understand the intricacies related to digital commerce features in the online shopping experience and purchase funnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap – communicate the vision, create roadmap, and define the features of the system
• Manage and report on project planning, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, external vendor relationships, budget, and change management
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for several initiatives simultaneously
• Engage closely and collaboratively with designers, engineers and UX Lead to shape product roadmaps and execution schedules
• Identify and steward brand objectives and project needs
• Develop requirements and user stories for POCs and pilots
• Work with development (design and production) teams to ensure clear understanding of the project vision
• Communicate across, technical and non-technical teams alike (design, UX, database, production, engineering, analytics, Brand teams, QA)
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities
• Act as an internal quality control check for the project
• Interface and communicate directly with Brands
QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of commercial experience working within project management of digital solutions
• Proven track record of managing cross platform digital projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members
• Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to information architecture to design, development, integration, and QA
• Excellent product development capability as well as translating requirements into technical specifications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to build positive and productive working relationships and foster creativity, innovation, and integrity
