Role: PBM Business Project Manager
Location: Mason, OH
Job Description:-
looking for a Business project manager to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in US. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience doing business project management for healthcare insurance providers. Pharmacy Business Management (PBM) experience is preferred. New client implementation experience is a plus. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with different teams.
Responsibilities
As a Business Project Manager, you will
• Act as Business Project manager for multiple project/program initiatives in the PBM area
• Act as SME/BA for the new client implementation initiatives.
• Drive project from initiation. PM will need to start the project identify other resources that will be needed. (Self-driven)
• Work on capturing business requirements and identify impacts
• Work with multiple business and IT teams to drive project work to completions and manage dependencies to ensure on time delivery
• Identify issue/risks and report to leadership in a timely manner with mitigation strategies
• Track budget for the program and report to leadership
• Status reporting to leadership
Requirements
• 10 years of business project management experience in Healthcare and PBM experience.
• Able to handle multiple high visibility tracks smoothly
• Strong healthcare knowledge. Understanding of claims processing is a must. Pharmacy experience is preferred
• New client implementation is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic (Client is looking for high energy resources)
• Good at prioritizing work
• Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stake holders
• Good team player
