Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Consultant to lead an Oracle HCM project that involves integrations, platform-level changes, and process enhancements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, integrations, and configuration management, including actions, action reasons, bank account enablement via ESS, and organizational hierarchy management.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Experience in configuring actions, action reasons, and workflows within Oracle HCM.
Hands-on experience in HCM integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, Fast Formulas, BIP Reports, HDL, PBL).
Strong understanding of security roles, approval workflows, and user access management.
Ability to lead projects, engage with business stakeholders, and provide strategic HCM solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
Hands-on expertise in fast formulas, BI reports, and Oracle Cloud security policies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
