Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in regulatory compliance and Scrum methodology to join our team. 

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. 

Your expertise in Scrum will also be vital in supporting our Agile development processes.

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and regulatory requirements.

·        Conduct thorough analysis of existing business systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.

·        Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development projects.

·        Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

·        Facilitate communication and coordination between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

·        Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.

·        Provide support and guidance to team members on regulatory compliance matters and Scrum best practices.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices to continually improve business analysis processes.
