Job Description:

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
• 3 – 4 years of experience in Playing Test Lead Role
• Experience in Agile Methodology ,preferably Scrum
• At least 6 years of in-depth experience in Mainframe testing, Interface or Batch Testing, Batch Execution and solving job abends
• Good working knowledge of different DBs such as DB2, and SQL
• Experience with Financial Services or Cards and Payments domain.
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Strong Analytical skills
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ability to work independent or a team contributor
• Having work experience in onsite – offshore work model.
• IBM HATs experience will add an advantage.
