Job Description:

The role of ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for designing systems architecture. This position conducts system design activities to ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements.

The Systems Design/Architecture Engineer conducts architectural analysis, evaluation, and designs systems that support and seek to solve complex business and technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow in the telecom domain.

• At least 5+ implementation experiences of ServiceNow OMT.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow Architecture and Capabilities:

• High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, configuration, and Service Catalog.

• Flow Designer, Scripting, REST API Integration, Transform Map, Workspace, and Dashboard.

2. Experience in ServiceNow Solutioning:

• System integration and alignment using TM Forum Open APIs (TMF622, TMF632, TMF674, TMF641, TMF640, TMF697).

• Data security and solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains and Suppliers.

3. Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of BSS & OSS domain.

• Strong knowledge of Order Management domain (COM & SOM).

• Proficiency in UML.

• Understanding of REST and SOAP-based web services.

4. General Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system applications and technology stacks to ensure alignment with functional requirements.

• Recommend improvements to existing architectures and evaluate ambiguities in engineering reviews.

• Investigate and scope project changes, determining timeframes and effort required.

• Conduct architectural analysis to create scalable and robust solutions.

• Specify functional and technical requirements for implementation.

• Implement architectural governance, standards, and metrics for monitoring system improvements.

• Ensure team members understand architectural implications of requirements.
