Job Title- UX Developer / (UX designer and researcher)

Location- Hybrid in NYC, NY

Long Term Contract

Required Skills/Qualifications:

•                   Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

•                   Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

•                   Experience with creating and adhering to design systems.

Front-End Development:
•                   Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

•                   Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

•                   Expertise in CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or custom CSS styling.

•                   Ability to convert Figma/Sketch mockups into responsive web pages.

Responsive Design:
•                   Strong knowledge of mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility.

•                   Familiarity with tools like Sass, LESS, or other CSS preprocessors.

UX Research and Testing:
•                   Experience with conducting usability tests and incorporating feedback into designs.

•                   Familiarity with user-centered design processes and tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics for behavior analysis.

Version Control and Collaboration:
•                   Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.

•                   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

Soft Skills:
•                   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•                   Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and technical details.

•                   Ability to guide and mentor a team when required.

•                   Design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

•                   Develop responsive, high-performance front-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.

•                   Collaborate with UX designers to translate Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel-perfect, scalable, and responsive designs.

•                   Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
•                   Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.

•                   Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI with application logic.

•                   Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX development
