⁃ Knowledge and understanding of the value of community building around a enterprise assets (such as design systems, or share data, or cross-enterprise tools)
⁃ Social connector, ability to identify and form relationships with key influences throughout organization
⁃ Strong communication skills, ability to write and converse with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, ability to write and converse with both technical and business stakeholders Surrounding team/key projects: Reusable Frontend initiative: Migrate existing design system codebase from web components/lit to native-specific Angular and React components
⁃ Advocate for the scalable design system foundations that support product expansion at a platform level
⁃ Ability to share program vision, technical roadmap, and terminology with business and technical stakeholders
⁃ Facilitate stakeholder communication and outreach via support channels including internal website content
⁃ Join leadership meetings, internal IT conventions (show-and-tells), and platform team meetings to evangelize the program.
⁃ Gather data and insights from product teams to aid in strategically planning
⁃ Align design system to product team initiatives and OKR’s
⁃ Share and Aileron roadmap with Product Management Organization roadmaps and ORK
⁃ Facilitate Aileron adoption agreements with product teams
⁃ Champion iterative improvements and updates to the design system based on feedback and data.
