Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-HaveDomain:• SailPoint coding at Command level – a must!

• Experience with Workflow (Joiner, Leaver, Mover) and CustomRule Development

• Experience with Out of the Box Connectors (Active Directory MultiForest), Workday, JDBC,

• Experience with Production Support

• Strong solution designing experience on Sailpoint IIQ suites with indepth understanding of IAM concepts and thorough understandingof IAM domain.

• Thorough understanding of Identity and Access Governance concepts

• Leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technicalarchitectures

• Strong knowledge and hands on experience (at least one long termproject) in design and implementation of Sailpoint Identity IQintegration with variety of applications

• Ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical requirementsbased on critical client IAM use cases and expectations

.• Experienced in technical requirement gathering, designing solution andguiding implementation team during testing and deployment phase.

• Experience in fresh install and integrating multiple complex applicationswith IAM for provisioning and reconciliation.

• SailPoint IIQ V7.2 or V8.0

• SAP Direct and SAP GRC

• Strong Expertise with Java 8

• Building Custom Connectors

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Upgrade, Patching, SailPoint SSD(Standard Services Deployment)General:

• Relevant client facing experience to deal with multi-disciplinary teamand other stakeholders.

• Good leadership skills with ability to lead the technical implementationteam.

• Possess good communication and presentation skills

• Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment

• Strong thought leadership, envisioning and Solutioning skills, with anability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower levelfunctional issues.Good-to-Have• Experience in consulting roles in the past will be preferable

• Good understanding of Project Approaches like SDLC, Agile etc.

• Good understanding of the project management principles and practices

• Integration with Okta, CyberArk

• SiteMinder experience

• Good communications and customer facing comm skills. Proposition(USP)
