✅ Core Expertise: Extensive experience with Core IT requirements and W2 hiring for VMS/MSP programs and direct clients (excluding implementation/prime vendors).
✅ Sourcing Platforms: Proficiency with tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS (e.g., JobDiva).
✅ Career Stability: Proven and stable career profile (no job hoppers).
✅ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
✅ Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
