Job Title:   ServiceNow Technical Product Owner – HRSD

Location: Remote role

Responsibilities

·        Own the delivery of the HRSD technical roadmap and technology strategy for ServiceNow HRSD enterprise module.

·        Define the technical approach to meet functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility

·        Identify and prioritize technical debt, ensuring the long-term health and maintainability of the product. 

·        Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team for delivery.

·        Manage the technical product continual improvement – maintenance and upgrades

·        Prioritize the product backlog using a data-driven approach and agile methodologies.

·        Work closely with the core ServiceNow Platform team to ensure efficient and effective configuration and customization of the platform.

·        Oversee integrations between HRSD and other systems ensuring real-time or batch data synchronization as needed.

·        Ensure the platform complies with privacy regulations and internal data governance and security policies.

 

What You Will Bring:

Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:

·        12+ years of experience in HR Technology, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow HRSD as technical Product Owner, Tech Lead, or Functional HRSD Architect.

·        Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex HR technology projects on time and within budget.

·        Experience directing offshore development teams and third-party implementation partners.

·        Experience integrating HRSD with Oracle, SAP & Workday is highly desirable.

·        Experience in an organization with multiple Business Units with diverse needs is highly desirable.

·        Hands on experience on implementing various COEs, lifecycle events, employee Onboarding/Offboarding, HR Profiles, Etc.

·        Experience with multi-country business units and designing solutions that incorporate differences in regulations and business practices across geographies.

·        Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management.

·        Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules: Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Journeys.

·        Technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and integrations.

·        Strong understanding of HR processes and service management best practices.

·        Knowledge of integration protocols (APIs, middleware) between ServiceNow and other systems such as Oracle, Salesforce etc.,

·        Demonstrated success in aligning technology teams with business and product objectives.

·        Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.

 

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Required:

·        Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field.

 

Preferred:

·        Advanced degree in a relevant field.

·        ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD).

·        Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development and delivery.

·        Experience managing HR technology transformations in a complex enterprise environment.
