NodeJS / TypeScript Developer

As a Senior Software Developer, you’ll be instrumental in crafting our leading-edge shared services. This role demands a blend of designing, developing, and deploying software solutions utilizing a modern tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and design scalable, secure, and robust software solutions.
– Develop back-end services with Node.js, TypeScript, Apollo GraphQL, MongoDB heightened application performance.
– Engage with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Dynatrace, and Mezmo to ensure optimal application performance.
– Drive comprehensive testing strategies using tools like Jest.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams for feature definition, design, and deployment.
– Mentor junior team members and foster a knowledge-sharing environment.
– Proactively stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software development.

Required Skills & Experience:
– 5+ years of experience
– Advanced NodeJS Development and TypeScript
– Experience with one of the following: GIT, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Azure Service Bus

Preferred Skills & Experience:
– Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Advanced skills in Apollo GraphQL, and MongoDB (5+ years of working/hands on experience on a development project)
– Experience with AKS, Dynatrace, Mezmo
– Experience with Angular
– Familiarity with Jest, or similar testing tools is advantageous
– Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
