Immediately looking for SRE Engineer C2C jobs (Production Support)

Role: SRE Engineer (Production Support)
Locations: Riverwood, IL (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or
candidates from Nearby states only.

Job Description:
•       Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). MOD will need to
provide periodic updates to CLIENT stakeholders on all critical issues.
These updates need to be informative and crisp.
•       Should have experience in production support. Should know how to drive
production issue calls (RRTs), engage right parties during the call and
provide updates to client during the call.
•       Should be comfortable working in odd hours (outside business hours,
weekends, or holidays). Issues can happen anytime, and expectations are
MOD should be present in all critical calls.
•       Should have experience leading a team. MOD will need to coordinate
with multiple vendors at onshore and offshore and gather critical
information.
•       Should have background on Problem management, change management and
Issue management.
•       On Technical aspects, CLIENT MOD is expected to have knowledge in
monitoring tool (Datadog) and Service Now (to track tickets, changes).
Knowledge on scripting language like Python is a plus but not mandatory.
•       Should be able to create reports on Adhoc basis and present to
stakeholders as and when asked.
