Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Provisioning Engineer with expertise in Snowflake, SQL, CI/CD pipelines, and report development to join our dynamic data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, provisioning, and optimizing data workflows, ensuring the seamless integration and transformation of data for reporting and analysis. This individual will be integral in establishing and maintaining the data provisioning pipelines, automating processes, and enabling data accessibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Provisioning & Integration:
o Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data provisioning processes to move data from source systems into Snowflake data warehouse.
o Implement data integration strategies, leveraging ETL/ELT processes to ensure high-quality data availability.
o Create and manage data pipelines in Snowflake, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.

• SQL Development:
o Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).
o Develop stored procedures, views, and functions to support data transformations and reporting requirements.
o Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to develop ad-hoc reports using SQL.

• CI/CD Pipelines:
o Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deploying code and data provisioning scripts to different environments.
o Ensure that code changes, data models, and pipelines are properly tested, version-controlled, and deployed with minimal downtime.
o Work closely with DevOps teams to automate processes and reduce manual intervention.

• Report Development & Data Analysis:
o Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards for stakeholders using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools integrated with Snowflake.
o Ensure that reporting data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to business users.
o Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data insights that support business decisions.

• Collaboration & Documentation:
o Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to design data structures that support business intelligence and reporting needs.
o Document data pipelines, schemas, and processes to ensure clarity, maintainability, and scalability.
o Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data quality, data flow, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt, Talend).
• Experience in data provisioning, building and optimizing data pipelines, and handling large datasets.
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience in developing automated data workflows and data integration solutions.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
