Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to spearhead the global rollout of SAP Enable Now for Westlake, ensuring its successful adoption as the go-to resource for SAP S/4 training.
Responsibilities:
– Spearhead training in support of IS Business Solutions
– Partner with stakeholders to design and develop training curricula
– Champion the adoption of SAP Enable Now
– Establish global standards and guidelines for SAP Enable Now
– Deliver high-quality training programs for trainers globally
– Liaise with IS Functional Leads, Business Leads, and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred
– Minimum 10 years of experience supporting business applications and/or project management experience
Strong understanding of SAP S/4 functionality and business application training requirements
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
