S4 Hana PP/QM Job Description Seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management)
Consultant with deep expertise in end-to-end manufacturing processes, production execution, and quality control.
Demonstrated success in implementing, customizing, and supporting S/4HANA PP/QM modules for discrete and process manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of shop floor operations, lean manufacturing principles, and integration with MM, SD, WM, and PM modules.
Key Skills: SAP S/4HANA PP & QM module implementation, configuration, and support
Master Data: BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Inspection Plans, MICs MRP, Production Order Management, Capacity Planning, Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Audit Management, Integration with MES systems and digital manufacturing solutions
Hands-on experience with Fiori apps and embedded analytics in S/4HANA
Strong understanding of GxP and ISO compliance requirements
Expertise in gap analysis, functional specs, testing (SIT/UAT), and user training
Proven ability to liaise between business users, technical teams, and plant operations
Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in global rollout projects
Manufacturing Experience: Worked closely with production planners, quality engineers, and shop floor supervisors to design and optimize manufacturing and quality processes
Experience in automotive, pharma, and industrial equipment manufacturing environments
Supported continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
Soft Skills: Ability to lead client discussions and drive business alignment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
