SailPoint Developer

Location – Malven, PA (Hybrid).

Visa – GC/ USC/GC-EAD/ H1B

Experience: 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and customize SailPoint applications, including workflows, identity models, and compliance controls.
Develop and maintain connectors to various applications and systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot SailPoint applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct unit testing and assist in system integration testing.
Provide documentation for designs, processes, and configurations.
Stay current with SailPoint updates and industry trends to recommend best practices.
Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer or similar role, with [8+] years of experience in identity management.
Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow or SailPoint IIQ.
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with Identity Governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
 

Preferred Skills:

SailPoint certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer).
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related technologies.
