Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced GIS Consultant with a strong background in utility and GIS domains to lead the implementation and support of ESRI/Schneider Electric GIS solutions for electric utility clients. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of experience in supporting GIS applications, particularly within North American Utility Markets.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Esri/ArcFM solutions and a strong development background in the ArcGIS Enterprise suite will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·       Lead support and troubleshooting activities for ArcGIS Enterprise.

·       Configure and deploy ArcGIS components such as Portal and Server.

·       Perform ArcFM Desktop configuration and development.

·       Analyze ArcGIS Server logs and provide issue resolution.

·       Assist with functional and integration testing alongside QA teams.

·       Provide Post-Go-Live support and troubleshoot production issues.

·       Develop GIS-based Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and demo solutions for business users.

·       Keep up with the latest GIS technology trends.

·       Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure smooth project delivery.

·       Attend client meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

·       Participate in project review and ensure deliverables are on track.

·       Serve as a proactive team player and handle ad-hoc issues during the course of the project.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience with ArcFM Desktop development and support.

·       Exposure to ArcGIS Pro is a strong plus.

·       Familiarity with GIS solutions for Electric Utilities, especially using ESRI/Schneider platforms.

·       Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·       Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
