• Program Planning and Execution:

Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for support.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present program reports, maintain documentation, and ensure accessibility for future reference.

Required Education: At least a bachelor’s degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
