Job Summary
This position entails leading technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft PowerBI solutions and utilizing SQL databases. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and driving innovation in data visualization using Microsoft PowerBI. 

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality microsoft powerbi solutions within specified timelines.
Develop and implement powerbi dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for powerbi projects.
Optimize sql databases and queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on powerbi best practices and sql optimization techniques.
Troubleshoot and debug powerbi solutions and sql databases as needed.
Stay updated on latest trends in powerbi and sql to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements
Proficient in microsoft powerbi for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong expertise in sql for database design, optimization, and querying.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliveries.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions effectively.
Problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Data Management and Analytics is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Details:
Ability to design and develop Power BI Reports (mandatory) independently and dashboards in PowerBI
Should possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to construct a robust data model.
Should be well-versed in SQL commands, including filtering, joins, select, and SORT
Understands MS Dynamics ERP (Good to have)
Understands basics of financial accounting/reporting
Ability to analyze numbers by understanding data attributes and filters.
Data Science knowledge to drive inferences from the data and the ability to improve design for reports and dashboards.
Lead root-cause analysis and devising practical solutions where technical teams need assistance with understanding the business logic or functional flow of data.
Assist in data preparation to enable reports development and testing.
Assist in the functional design process, ensuring alignment of reporting requirements, data selection criteria. Guide the technical team to comprehend data flow, dependencies on associated master data, and process logic conditions.
The ability to meticulously analyze data and reports to draw accurate conclusions. Collaborate with the business teams to ensure seamless alignment between desired business processes and the data generated within MS Dynamics ERP
