Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations and optimizations across multi-industry clients. This role requires deep expertise in opportunity-to-cash lifecycle, and a proven ability to translate complex Excel-based pricing models into scalable Salesforce solutions.
As a strategic leader, you will own client discovery, solution architecture, system design, and project execution. You must be passionate about staying ahead of the curve on Revenue Cloud innovations and able to guide clients through modern quote-to-cash transformations with best practices.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Lead client discovery sessions to gather business requirements, pain points, and transformation goals
Design scalable and future-proof Salesforce Revenue Cloud architectures, including CPQ, Billing, and advanced pricing strategies
Translate complex, spreadsheet-based pricing calculators into systematized, automated CPQ configurations
Deliver end-to-end solution design, architecture documentation, and data model recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical consultants, and developers to ensure seamless implementation
Stay current on latest Salesforce Revenue Cloud product features, updates, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in opportunity-to-cash processes across industries
Own project delivery lifecycle — from initiation and planning to deployment and post-go-live support
Possesses deep understanding of transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription and project-based monetization models.
Demonstrates leadership abilities to lead business discussions with clients and guide them to make design choices.
In-depth understanding and experience of the upstream requirements in Quoting and ordering driven by ASC 606 revenue standards.
Mentor and guide implementation teams on architecture, performance, and scalability best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams with the ability to interface with technical/non-technical stakeholders
Leading and/or facilitating teams and develop client proposals, leveraging extensive business development and relationship management
Leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach teams, and encourage improvement and innovation
Business transformation skills with a track record of successful change enablement with quantifiable results
Oversee end-to-end planning, implementation, and proactively engage with clients to understand evolving needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional consulting services.
Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud architecture
Deep understanding of the full Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) process including quoting, pricing, orders, billing, and renewals
Proven experience implementing Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud for Customers in High Tech & Manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to replace complex Excel-based pricing models with scalable system solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think holistically and act strategically
Experience with Revenue Cloud product innovations including usage-based pricing, flexible billing schedules, and product catalogs
Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Application Architect
