Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have interest in developing their manual therapy skills and the ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Work autonomously to execute physical therapy treatment plans for patients suffering from migraines and related conditions.
Tailor unique physical therapy treatment plans which include manual therapy, corrective exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions with the patient’s care team.
Educate patients on exercises, wellness strategies, and proper use of equipment.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physician assistant, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare providers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.
Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Colorado.
Proven experience in and/or desire to learn manual therapy techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Healthcare setting: Outpatient

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
No weekends
License/Certification:

CPR Certification (Preferred)
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
Ability to Commute: Boulder, CO 80303 (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Boulder, CO 80303: Relocate before starting work (Required)
