Client Success Manager / Personal Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate trainers to join our growing team. This position is very autonomous and a perfect match for a fitness professional looking to take their career to the next level.

This position will require about 50% training (coaching small group classes and training private clients), and 50% customer service, sales & general admin/studio upkeep.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

Small Group Coaching: You will be coaching small groups of up to 10 clients at a time. These sessions provide the best of both worlds- the ability to actually train and engage individually with clients combined with the energy and fun of a group class. The training sessions focus on functional full body strength training and conditioning.

Personal Training
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs based on each client’s goals and current fitness levels
Provide goal setting sessions and full body composition analysis (InBody Scan)
Lead outreach and conversion

Conduct studio tours/intro meetings with potential clients
Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals
New client onboarding
Handle incoming client inquiries, including email, phone and text
Build rapport and personal relationships with clients
Create a positive studio environment and engage/maintain clients
Keep a clean, well organized studio
Assist in creating content for the business social media accounts
Manage schedule in Mindbody

Job Details/Benefits:

Salary: $50,000 base salary + opportunity for monthly bonus/commission based on performance
Hours/Schedule: 35-45 hours per week, flexible schedule
