Job description

·       Enterprise Java software specialist – for CRD Automation Project

·       A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer engineering or equivalent

·       5-12 years OR more professional experience building Enterprise application using Java.

·       Demonstrable experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)

·       Experience with test driven development using Junit, Cucumber or another framework.

·       Java testing frameworks (Junit, Mocks, Sequel, cucumber, etc.)

·       Strong exposure in developing multi-threaded applications.

·       Expert in RDBMS, SQL/Database knowledge is preferred.

·       Should have worked in a Scrum/Agile environment.

·       Exceptional knowledge of object-oriented design, including design pattern

·       Financial domain knowledge is preferred.

·       CRD/CRIMS/Charles River development tool knowledge is a plus.

·       Good communication skills and can work independently.

Expected Skills and Experience:

1.      Java Developer with Experience of 7+ years, Exposure in Fintech/Financial Services or CRD will be nice to have

2.      SS expects candidate to have Engineering Mindset (i.e. with excellent analytical abilities, Exposure in design aspects, knowledge of coding Best Practices etc.)

3.      The candidate should be a good team player, good problem solver and should be ready to take ownership

4.      Good exposure in Agile methodology

5.      Key Tech. Skills as per JD:

o   Proficient in Java 17, including collections API and concurrency, Spring Framework, REST APIs

o   Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries

o   Experience in Kafka, MQ Integration

o   Nice to have Experience in XML, XSL, XSD, XSLT, Kettle, ETL is required
