Project Manager consultant needed to manage the ITSM requirements for a ServiceNow to JSM migration for Financial Services/Banking client. Prior exp as Jira Developer/Adm desired.
Must Haves:
4-years Technical Degree
8+ years IT/Engineering experience
5+ years Designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) environments.
2+ years Jira Administration (Configure spaces, permissions, templates, and page structures to enhance knowledge sharing and documentation)
– Completion of at least 1 project leading end-to-end migration from ServiceNow to Atlassian JIRA Service Management
– Preference given to candidates with Financial Services/Banking Domain Exp
Preference given to candidates willing to work onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA OR Miami, FL.
