Role: Sr Salesforce Architect
Location : Day 1 Onsite (Plano, TX US)
Must Have: Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, Loyalty Management
We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with exp on Loyalty Cloud professional to design, implement, and manage loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools and a deep understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Loyalty Programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
Configure and customize Loyalty Management objects, rules, tiers, and promotions.
Integrate Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Marketing, Service, Experience).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop automation using Process Builder, Flow, and Apex (as needed).
Monitor program performance and suggest enhancements based on analytics and KPIs.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and configuration.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management (Loyalty Cloud).
Strong understanding of Salesforce core concepts (objects, fields, relationships, automation tools).
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is a plus.
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Loyalty Management Accredited Professional (highly preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Salesforce Administrator / App Builder
