Job Description:
The client is looking for a Power Platform Technical Support with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate should have:
Strong technical skills in Power Platform customization, integration, automation, and security.
Hands-on experience in CRM systems (Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle).
Development knowledge in C#, Python, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
Troubleshooting & customer support experience in SaaS products.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills with the ability to work in a 24/7 support environment from Calgary (on-site).
The role involves mentoring teams, resolving complex technical issues, process improvement, automation, and ensuring security compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
