Job Description:
META IT Corp is seeking dynamic and experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Ameerpet. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in bench sales recruitment, specifically working with prime vendors. This is an onsite role with an immediate requirement for candidates who can join as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for bench sales positions.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with prime vendors and understand their staffing requirements.
Maintain and manage a bench of qualified candidates.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and candidates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements promptly.
Keep track of candidate status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of proven experience in bench sales recruitment.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and understanding of client requirements.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
Preferred:

Experience working with prime vendors and knowledge of IT staffing industry trends.
