Overview:
The project manager will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling projects related to the merger & acquisition of their sister firm, Grant Thornton Ireland.
There will be a good amount of infrastructure and service desk related work, combining and synergizing those functions between the two firms.
Previous M&A experience, navigating the combining of technologies, teams and processes would be ideal.
Also working on a new product solution for their tax practice. Someone with new Product experience would be good, but this is mainly an ITSM & Service Desk related role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with PMO team and stakeholders to understand initiatives, requirements, and deliverables.
Create and maintain project plans, manage and deliver on projects using Azure DevOps (ADO).
Identify, report, and escalate risks and issues using ADO.
Define, groom, and prioritize epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate Product Backlog Grooming Meetings.
Facilitate Sprint Review and Retrospective Meeting.
Manage and monitor project costs against budget.
