We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team and provide end-user support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a contract position for 5 months, with a high possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Support users with Google Workspace, VPN, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with India IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolution details in the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures while supporting end users.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment for new hires and exit employees.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
• Ensure to maintain up to date IT Asset inventory
Requirements:
• 2-3 Years of experience in an IT support or end-user support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Google Workspace, and common desktop applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic knowledge of networks.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant IT certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Preferred experience:
• Experience in supporting end users in a corporate environment & senior executives.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
• Prior experience in an IT support role within a global or distributed team.
