Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Technical Product Owner to lead the
vision and prioritization of features for our product/platform. This
role combines strong technical expertise in integrations with managerial
skills to effectively manage vendor relationships and intricate
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the squad’s vision and roadmap.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and business
requirements.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility for cost
optimization.
• Act as the “voice of the customer to ensure valuable solutions.
• Manage squad resources, onboard new team members, and oversee
performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Product/Platform Manager on value communication.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage technical debt.
• Engage with third parties and coordinate with other squads for
synchronized tasks.
• Facilitate release and sprint planning, and communicate progress to
stakeholders.
• Document business processes and maintain product documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of technology and industry best practices
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating them into
actionable user stories.
• Proven ability in managing product backlogs and release pians.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and experiences,
particularly in Integration, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and
Intelligent Automation.
Leadership Skills:
• Foster a customer-focused culture and commit to diversity and
