Business Analyst (Reinsurance background)

Note:- Must have SICS Software Platform Experience in reinsurance domain

Reinsurance Business Solutions Analyst with knowledge of SICS/Assure (DSC product) Work you’ll do Perform Business Analyst responsibilities on a large initiative to migrate to a new Reinsurance Administration application which provides a comprehensive solution across the Reinsurance lifecycle of Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting.

·         Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation.

·         Documenting as-is business processes using Microsoft Visio. Defining and documenting to-be business processes.

·         Acting as the liaison between Business, IT, and the Solution Implementation (SI) partner. • Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements.

·         Supporting IT and SI Partner during the technical design and development stages of the implementation.

·         Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution. Required Qualifications: –

·         A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience.

·         A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance.

·         Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail.

·         Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills.

·         Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

·         Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.
