Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Integration Developer to build and scale a Salesforce-based orchestration layer supporting lead management, data normalization, and integration with external AI and enrichment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and LWC
Design and implement integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks)
Build and execute data orchestration and normalization logic
Support lead lifecycle workflows including ingestion, scoring, routing, and conversion
Translate architecture and data governance requirements into scalable solutions
Ensure data quality and system reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Salesforce Development (Apex, Flows, LWC)
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations with external platforms
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, automation workflows)
Strong understanding of Lead Lifecycle Management in Salesforce
Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data engineering concepts (ETL, data modeling)
Familiarity with GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, enrichment platforms)
Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
