Experience & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
• 1+ years as ServiceNow CTA
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow ITSM Pro or Pro Plus certification required
• Validated – 2 ServiceNow CIS certifications required
• Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, APIs and mobile application design.
• 8+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years in an ITSM Domain
• Participated in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines
• 4+ years of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow scripting is required.
• JavaScript is required.
• Angular JS, Soap, Rest, JSON, Ajax, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, and XML are all desired.
• Skilled in Excel, PPT, and Visio
