UX Strategist Remote only Newyork, NY

Role: UX Strategist

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
5–8+ years of experience in UX, with at least 2–3 years focused on UX strategy, experience design, or service design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy work, artifacts, and examples of influencing product roadmaps.
Deep understanding of UX principles, research methods, service design, and design thinking frameworks.
Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, MURAL, Adobe XD, Jira, and Confluence.
Excellent facilitation, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
(Preferred) Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with lean UX practices.
(Bonus) Experience in data-driven product environments, digital transformation initiatives, or omni-channel experience design.
