Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Spark, Python, ETL , Scheduler (Autosys, any scheduler works), Hadoop, Kafka (preferred and nice to have), Performance Tunning, Partitioning knowledge, target environment GCP (nice to have knowledge). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross.

– Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring all project milestones are met on time.

– Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark.

– Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve business objectives.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various project components.

– Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

– Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.

– Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

– Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.

– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.

– Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

– Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track project metrics and outcomes.

– Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications:

– Possess a strong technical background in Hadoop, GCP, Python, and Spark.

– Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

– Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

– Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

– Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

– Have experience working in a hybrid work model, with the ability to manage remote and on-site teams effectively.
