We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist with 15+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Databricks SQL, PySpark and Databricks.
The candidate will contribute to our technology initiatives, ensuring efficient data management and analysis to drive business success.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex PL/SQL code to support various applications and business needs.
Design and implement data solutions using Databricks SQL to optimize data processing and analytics.
Utilize PySpark for large-scale data processing and real-time analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices and standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues.
Optimize and tune SQL queries to enhance performance and efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for development tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all technical implementations.
