Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         ServiceNow Business Analyst

·         5+ years experience as a Business Process Consultant or Systems Analyst on the ServiceNow Platform

·         Familiar with writing User Stories and building acceptance criteria

·         Familiar with Transform Maps and how data is ingested into ServiceNow.

·         Able to interface with key business stakeholders and translate critical functional and business requirements into technical requirements for Developers
