Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Analyst / Data Governance Specialist with 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Data Governance, and Data Catalog tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing data trust, accuracy, and compliance across enterprise-wide data assets.

Key Responsibilities:
•     Design, develop, and implement data quality rules, mappings, scorecards, and exception handling using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
•     Collaborate with data owners and stewards to establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
•     Maintain and enhance metadata management and data lineage using Informatica Data Catalog.
•     Conduct root cause analysis and data profiling to identify and resolve data quality issues.
•     Support enterprise data initiatives by improving visibility and trust in data assets.
•     Partner with IT and business teams to ensure adherence to data quality KPIs and governance standards.
•     Document data quality issues, business rules, and metadata for compliance and transparency.

Required Qualifications:
•     5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) development and implementation.
•     Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, principles, and best practices.
•     Experience working with Informatica Data Catalog or similar metadata management tools.
•     Proficient in data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and validation techniques.
•     Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
•     Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
