Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions and integrations, and must be ready to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM solutions, including workflows, business rules, scripts, and system integrations.
Implement ServiceNow GRC modules aligned with client’s risk and compliance frameworks.
Translate business requirements from GRC/IRM stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
Work on configuration and administration of core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Handle platform customizations including CMS, UI Policies, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Dictionary updates.
Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other web-based technologies (XML, AJAX, HTML, HTTP).
Ensure secure and scalable architecture aligned with IRM data models.
Provide end-user and stakeholder support, training, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3+ years in GRC/IRM module implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and security best practices.
Strong analytical and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Proven experience as a GRC Administrator or similar role.
Certifications:
Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
Preferred: CIS-GRC (Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC)
