Role Overview:

The AI Advisor – Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding enterprise customers through their AI transformation journey on AWS. You will define organizational AI strategy, architect scalable agentic solutions using AWS-native services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Agent Core, Amazon Q, SageMaker), and ensure successful delivery of early, high-impact AI projects with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

·       Define Enterprise AI Strategy on AWS: Partner with executive stakeholders to build a Generative AI roadmap leveraging AWS services.

·       Orchestrate AI Strategy: Conduct customer interviews, capture data, current landscape and understand the current state to converge on actionable solutions

·       Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Run ideation workshops to prioritize early wins and scalable use cases.

·       Architect Agentic AI Solutions on AWS: Design robust, secure agentic systems using Amazon Bedrock, Agent core, Strand, Agent Gateway, Amazon Q, and AWS Lambda/Step Functions.

·       Establish Governance: Advise on Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance using AWS-native guardrails and IAM.

·       Platform Alignment: Core services include Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, OpenSearch, Aurora, Neptune.

·       Deployment: Lead end-to-end delivery, CI/CD, MLOps, multi-account rollout via AWS Organizations and Control Tower.

·       Handson experience delivering solutions using Bedrock, Agent core etc. to prove value.

·       Design change management: Define OKRs, KPIs to measure success criteria.

Required Qualifications:

·       Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture; 3+ years building Generative-AI/ML solutions on AWS.

·       Agentic AI Expertise: Practical delivery with Agents for Bedrock, Agent Core, Amazon Q, multi-agent workflows.

·       AWS Platform Fluency: Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, OpenSearch vectors, Aurora pgvector, Neptune.

·       Framework Proficiency: Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Strands with AWS integrations.

·       Large-Scale Delivery: Multi-region, multi-account deployments with IaC (CloudFormation).

·       Communication: Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Agentic AI – Specialty.

·       Industry Experience: Experience in Manufacturing, Automative, Finance domain preferred.

·       Experience in management consulting and/or early-stage startups
