JD Edwards (JDE) Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed assessments of current business processes and document problem statements, process flows, gap analyses, and future-state recommendations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead the design and implementation of JDE Orchestrations and RPA solutions using UiPath and / or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and tools.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support and enhance JDE interoperability EDI integrations, particularly for transaction sets 850 (Purchase Order), 856 (Advance Ship Notice), and 810 (Invoice).

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE), including configuration, support, and integration.
• Proficiency with JDE Orchestrator
• Solid SQL skills, including writing complex queries for data analysis.
• Familiarity with UAT processes and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Experience with Power BI, BI Publisher, and JDE interoperability.
• Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath and Power Automate is a plus.
• Knowledge of integrating JDE with third-party platforms (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, IBM Sterling).
