Job Title: Business Analyst 

Location:  Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) (only Locals)

Exp : 8+ years

Job Description:

·       Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

·       Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·       Prepare detailed documentation:

o   User stories

o   Process flows

o   Technical specifications

·       Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of solutions.

·       Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members.

·       Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery efficiency.

Skill Requirements:

Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Experience working in Agile environments using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach.
Project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Certifications (Preferred):

Agile certifications such as:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
