Job Title: IBM DataCap Technical Lead
Location: Hartford, CT
Rate: $58 /hr on C2C

Required Qualifications
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
Ability to independently solve problems and make sound decisions
Confident leader capable of setting direction and guiding teams
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with:
IBM DataCap 9.X, DataCap Navigator, and Mobile App
IBM DB2 and general relational database concepts (tables, views, schemas, etc.)
MS Access and SQL Server
.NET, C, MS Visual Studio, and GIT (Source Control Management)
Experience working in a high-volume document processing environment.
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively with team members of varying experience levels
