Position: Senior AI ML Tech Lead

Job Description:

·         Lead and manage the AI research and development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

·         Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI models and algorithms.

·         Architect and implement scalable AI/ML computing infrastructures and application stacks.

·         Develop AI use-cases, conduct workshops, and deliver training to promote AI adoption.

·         Evaluate and implement best practices in AI/ML, data mining, and analytics.

·         Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for AI infrastructure.

·         Extensive experience in AI/ML research, development, and deployment.

·         Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in AI or related fields.

·         Advanced proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R).

·         Strong knowledge of data analysis, data mining, and analytics best practices.

·         Experience architecting scalable AI/ML computing infrastructures.

·         Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI deployment.

·         Experience with scripting or GUI design for AI tools.

·         Knowledge of industry standards and governance frameworks for AI/ML.
