Now Hiring Project Manager
Location: Hybrid Richmond, VA (Local Only)

Duration: Long-Term Renewable Contract

Visa: USC,GC,H4

 What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Manage project plans, WBS, and tasks via Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project
 Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk plans
 Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, DBAs, and vendors
 Lead software development, infrastructure, and implementation projects
 Prepare project reports and documentation aligned with Commonwealth standards
 Identify and resolve scope, budget, and timeline changes proactively
 Ensure projects align with VITA and VDACS governance, security, and documentation standards

 Must-Have Qualifications:
 PMP or VITA PMD (Project Manager Qualification Level 1–4)
 Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management
 Strong technical project experience (especially in IS/software dev)
 Ability to manage vendors and contractors alongside internal teams
 Familiarity with PM frameworks: PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.
 Skilled in producing clear project documentation (plans, budgets, status reports)
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
