Role: Sr. Systems Engineer
Location: Georgia
Duration: Long-term contract
Responsibilities
· Implement and manage monitoring solutions for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
· Configure dashboards to enhance visibility into system health and performance.
· Review and recommend improvements for existing observability solutions.
· Maintain and update monitoring scripts for Unix and Windows servers.
· Develop custom monitoring solutions using various performance and log analytics tools.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs.
· Analyze telemetry data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
Skills
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering monitoring solutions.
· 3+ years of experience with Dynatrace architecture and best practices.
· Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting Dynatrace One Agent and Active Gates.
· Experience with AWS CloudWatch for application performance monitoring.
· Strong analytical skills to resolve application performance issues.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in configuring and managing enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
· Familiarity with ITSM solutions and Event Management processes.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
· Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
